Download and install Hosts Go:
Download Hosts GoLaunch the app and select Hosts Editor from the main menu.
Press the ( + ) button (top-right) and add the first entry:
Save the entry.
Press ( + ) again and add the second entry:
Save the entry.
Return to the main page and enable the Hosts Change switch.
Press START to activate. You are now connected to GTPS X!
Download and install PowerTunnel:
Download PowerTunnel APKClick the PowerTunnel button — it will copy the host link to your clipboard.
Open the PowerTunnel app, tap the three-line icon, then tap the host settings icon.
Paste the copied URL. Change the host update period from 12 hours to On Start.
You are now connected to GTPS X.
Uninstall the original Growtopia from your device.
Download and install the GTPS X APK:
Download GTPS X APKOpen the app — it will automatically connect you to GTPS X. No extra setup needed.
Download and install Virtual Host:
Download Virtual Host APKDownload the GTPS X Hosts File:
Download Hosts FileOpen Virtual Host, import the downloaded hosts file, and enable it. You are now connected to GTPS X.
Download and install the GTPS X Connector:
Download GTPS X ConnectorLaunch the app after installing.
A VPN connection request will appear — press OK to allow it.
Open Growtopia normally. You are now connected to GTPS X.
Press Windows key + R to open the Run window.
Type the following path and press Enter:
Right-click the hosts file and open it with Notepad.
Add the following lines at the bottom:
Save the file. Open Growtopia — you are now connected to GTPS X.
Download the GTPS X Connector .bat file:
Download GTPSX_CONNECT.batRight-click the file and select Run as administrator.
You are now connected to GTPS X.
Download Surge 5 from the App Store.
Tap the button below to install the GTPS X profile into Surge:
Install Surge ProfileWhen prompted, tap Allow to enable the VPN configuration.
Press Start in Surge. You are now connected to GTPS X.
Open Finder, then from the menu select Go → Go to Folder.
Enter the path:
Copy the hosts file to your Desktop so it can be edited.
Open it with TextEdit and add these lines at the bottom:
Save the file, then move it back to /private/etc/ and replace the old file. Click Authenticate if prompted.
Optional — flush DNS cache via Terminal:
Open Growtopia — you are now connected to GTPS X.
Open XFCE Terminal or any terminal app.
Edit the hosts file:
Enter your system password when prompted.
Scroll to the bottom and add:
Save: press CTRL + X, then Y, then Enter.
Launch Growtopia normally. You are now connected to GTPS X.
